By accessing or using Rate My Recruiters (“the Service”), operated at this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rate My Recruiters is a platform that allows users to search for recruiters and recruiting agencies, read reviews submitted by other users, and submit their own reviews based on personal experiences. Recruiters may claim their profiles and respond to reviews.

3. Account Registration

To submit reviews or claim profiles, you must sign in using LinkedIn OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to access your public LinkedIn profile information (name, email address, and profile photo) for the purpose of creating and maintaining your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of the reviews and other content you submit. By posting content on Rate My Recruiters, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content in connection with operating the Service.

You agree that your content will not:

• Contain false or intentionally misleading information
• Include defamatory, abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Contain spam, advertising, or promotional material
• Include personal information about others without their consent

5. Review Policy

Reviews must be based on genuine personal experiences with the recruiter or agency. You may submit one review per recruiter or agency. You may edit or delete your review at any time. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or our content guidelines, and to hide or delete reviews following our moderation process.

6. Recruiter Profiles

Recruiter and agency profiles may be created by any user through the suggestion feature. Recruiters may claim their own profile by verifying their identity through their LinkedIn account. Claimed profile owners may respond to reviews and upload a profile photo. Profile claiming does not grant the ability to edit or remove reviews.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts to submit duplicate reviews or manipulate ratings
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access the Service
• Circumvent any moderation or security measures

8. Moderation and Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion, review, hide, or remove any content that violates these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct. Users may report content they believe violates these Terms using the reporting feature.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reviews or content posted by users. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made based on information found on this platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rate My Recruiters and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
